SGroup is proud to inform its members that the SGroup proposal for an Ignite© session at the EAIE Conference 2021, ‘The multiple impact of sustainable and balanced digital transformation on global Higher Education’, was accepted! The conference will take place online from 27 September to 1 October.

The SGroup Ignite© session focuses on the multiple forms of impact of hybrid communication and collaboration as a central form of digital transformation, as well as on the ambivalent relation of virtual and face-to-face modes of collaboration in HE.

The panel will argue that digital transformation of global HE plays a central role in the collaborative societal implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals as part of HEIs’ third mission. Speakers will discuss ways to reach a more robust and resilient global HE sector, trying to tackle issues such as the multivalent meaning of responsible development and sustainable digital transformation in HE collaboration. 

Due to the change of the EAIE conference to an online format, 5 speakers (our A-team!) will represent SGroup in this session:
