On behalf of Dr Arnim Heinemann, the SGroup president, and the Executive Committee, the Secretariat and all the member institutions, SGroup would like to wish everyone a healthy, enriching and prosperous year with pleasant discoveries and unforgettable moments. We hope that 2022 will be better than the 2 previous years combined.

In spite of the difficult pandemic situation, SGroup can be proud of its 2021 achievements which include participation in external events, new network collaborations, Think Tank Academy conferences and webinars, Working Groups and Task Forces, a revised logo and website, Erasmus+ projects and new members from Europe and beyond.

We would also like to acknowledge the hardships that everyone went through and would like to express our heartfelt hope that we will have SGroup events in person again in May and October, as well as within projects and other contexts, under our annual topic for 2022 ‘Responsible Higher Education for Social Innovation’.
