General Assembly

Composition:

The General Assembly is composed of one representative per university (Rector, vice-rector or his/her representative).
Each full member is entitled to one vote in the Assembly.

Responsibilities:

  • It meets once a year to develop the general policy of the Group. The hosting universities rotate within the members of the SGroup;
  • It amends the Statutes when necessary
  • It elects the SGroup President;
  • It elects the members of Executive Committee.
