The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Building Inclusive Universities from Within” took place in Rouen, bringing together participants from across Europe, including representatives from 5 SGroup member institutions (University of Szeged | University of Leon | University of Valladolid | University of Liège | Università degli Studi "Gabriele d'Annunzio" Chieti–Pescara)

Over several days, colleagues engaged in an intensive and collaborative learning experience focused on strengthening inclusion practices across higher education. Key topics included LGBT+/gender issues, disability initiatives, multilingualism and multiculturalism, and digital accessibility.

What stood out most was the spirit of attentive listening, kindness, and pragmatism throughout. This BIP was a strong reminder that inter-university collaboration is essential in building more inclusive environments for students and staff alike.
