SGroup Staff Week

Every year, SGroup organises an International Staff Week (in a BIP format) with a dedicated programme that includes relevant sessions on topics that may interest the majority of members and networking initiatives to build a sense of community and family among SGroup members.

The SGroup’s International Staff Week is more than just a training event — it’s an opportunity to:

  • Meet and (re)connect with colleagues and friends within the SGroup ecosystem
  • Brainstorm about new ideas and co-create strategic proposals that address current institutional and sectoral priorities
  • Grow our professional network
  • Enhance the design of Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects
  • Build and strengthen the members' management skills
  • Exchange best practices with peers
  • Share recent project outcomes and explore new tools for international collaboration

We are pleased to announce the 2026 SGroup Staff Week, taking place from 8–12 June in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
