In the context of the SGroup Think Tank Academy, we are glad to invite you for the first two workshops of 2020 under the framework of Doctoral Education. Both will be hosted by the University of Porto, in Portugal.

• Get the most of your PhD to become an independent researcher: tricks of the trade

This 5-hours workshop will take place on the 5^th February 2020 and targets PhD students.

SGroup is offering 5 places for member Universities (accommodation and flights are not included). You can pre-register here until the 8^th January!

Please note that this opportunity does not apply to members of the University of Porto. Students from U.Porto can apply here until 15th January. Candidacies will be analysed by an internal committee.

• Good Practices in Doctoral Supervision

This 16-hours workshop will take place on the 6^th and 7^th February 2020 and targets PhD supervisors.
