SGroup - Universities in Europe and UNICA Network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe hosted a webinar titled ‘Global alumni relations and models of alumni services and engagement as a strategic task of HEIs’ on 14 September 2021, from 15.00 to 17.00 CEST.
The programme included presentations about the challenges and opportunities of alumni relations as well as innovative strategies and inspirational practices on global alumni services management by:
- Ms. Athina Selipa (University of Cyprus)
- Ms. Bárbara Costa (University of Porto)
- Ms. Carole Picavet (Ghent University)
- Ms Sonia Mullineux (University of Edinburg)
- Mr. Thorsten Parchent (University of Bayreuth)
- Ms. Zala Simcic (University of Ljubljana)
The panel of experts from 3 institutions of each network was followed by a discussion moderated by Dr Arnim Heinemann, SGroup president and Dr Luciano Saso, UNICA president.
The event was public and free of charge. It is open to the global HE public, i.e. senior leadership, academics, administrative staff of higher education, students and other related organisations.
