The last SGroup Think Tank Academy online event in 2020, a working seminar titled 'Towards a holistic and ethical framework of responsible and sustainable Global Higher Education', took e place on 30 November, from 10:00 to 11:00 CET.

This was a very special meeting with Professor Betty Leask, Emeritus Professor in International Higher Education, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and Pro Vice-Chancellor Teaching and Learning at La Trobe University, Melbourne.

We were glad to present a new, exciting, and explicitly interactive meeting format: a working seminar, through Zoom, open to senior leadership, academics, administrative staff and students.

Participants from SGroup member institutions had the opportunity to receive a background paper written by Professor Leask. They were invited to read it and reflect on the global topic of our 2020 series of online events, and to send in questions and comments.

During the working seminar, participants  jointly addressed some of the comments received before the deadline, but there was also time to introduce new questions. This event was a great opportunity for working together through a vivid discussion.
