Brief description of the activities to be carried out
1) Participation in Learning Factory Activities: Engagement in manufacturing and product recycling activities within the learning factory, applying lean management tools to enhance production processes.
2) Design of Sustainable Products for Sector-Specific Applications: Definition and development of new products tailored to the learning factory, adapted to various industries and sectors (e.g., construction, capital goods, healthcare), with a strong focus on sustainability.
3) Development of Circular Operational Excellence Indicators: Establishment of performance indicators for circular operational excellence at both system and supply chain levels, with emphasis on circularity and regeneration. Particular attention is given to the role of Industry 4.0 technologies in enabling these transformations.
4) Analysis of Case Studies and Empirical Applications: Examination of case studies and empirical evidence demonstrating the successful implementation of circular operational excellence strategies across various industries, with a particular emphasis on practical improvements and measurable outcomes.
