The student will develop novel electrochemical sensors based on nanomaterials (NPs, graphene, etc) or in supramolecular structures (i.e. Layer by Leyer films) for the analysis of foods or beverages(most probably wines and musts)
Background required: Basic knowledge in Chemistry, Physics or Nanoscience. Basic Knowledge in electrochemistry
