As a full partner of the Erasmus+ project SUCTIA (Systemic University Change Towards Internationalisation for Academia), SGroup is proud to share the SUCTIA Trainers Manual. The project aims to empower academic staff by providing them with knowledge and skills related to the internationalisation process, and the manual’s structure reflects the main areas to be addressed in training: the internationalisation of academic institutions as a whole, internationalising teaching and learning, and internationalising research.
The framework for this Manual was inspired by the original SUCTI project concept and manual, namely the first section on internationalisation. The other contents of this Manual are based on the knowledge, experience and research of the SUCTIA members and e.g. the SUCTIA report on systemic university changes towards internationalisation for academic staff in European Higher Education Institutions.
The SUCTIA project is a three-year initiative funded under the European Commission’s Erasmus+ – KA2 Strategic Partnerships for higher education. The next step of the project is to train the SUCTIA trainers, with the Manual as a basis for knowledge development and transfer.
