SGroup is proud to announce it will be represented in two important Higher Education events next year. The proposals submitted by SGroup to the AIEA and APAIE conferences in 2022 have been approved, providing an opportunity to share the rich knowledge of our network with a wider and intercontinental audience.

At AEIA - Association of International Education Administrators, planned for February 2022 in New Orleans, SGroup will host a session titled ‘Engaging with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in Higher Education in Europe’, presenting the main results of the Working Group on the Social Mission of Universities (including the outcome of the SGroup questionnaire among members) and inspiring practices from members.  The session speakers will be Dr Arnim Heinemann, SGroup President  (University of Bayreuth), Professor Cecilia Christersson, SGroup EC member (University of Malmö) and Professor Alexandra Hughes, former SGroup Vice President (University of Westminster).

In APAIE - Asia-Pacific Association for International Education, taking place in March 2022 in Vancouver, SGroup will explore the ‘Sustainable transition of Higher Education management prompting Social innovation’ in a Roundtable with the participation of Dr Arnim Heinemann (University of Bayreuth) and Catalina Gonzales-Uribe (Universidad de Los Andes).
